Music The Sanctuary Choir at FUMC Westfield consists of a dozen + members who are passionate about music, singing and upholding the strong musical traditions of the church. Our choir members have various levels of musical knowledge and we come together to sing a wide range of sacred music to inspire our congregation. Being a part of the Sanctuary Choir gives us the opportunity to share our talents and spiritual gifts, to gain musical experience and knowledge and more importantly, share fellowship and fun!
Ushers The Ushers Group at FUMC serve to welcome and provide assistance to both members and guests on any given Sunday. Our primary functions are to greet people, provide them with programs for that day’s service, and generally answer any questions or provide additional materials that they may require, such as hearing aids, large print literature, prayer cards and offering envelopes, etc.
Worship, Music, and Arts Team The Worship, Music, and Arts Team develops and implements ideas for engaging and inspiring worship elements that utilize the gifts and talents of our congregation and community. We welcome your time and talent in offering visuals and art that connect with sermon themes, creating virtual worship experiences, developing ideas for music and prayer, and more.
A/V TeamFUMC's very fun A/V Team would love to have your help with technology during our services. Our livestream allows us to share our services with a wider audience and connect with more people in need of God's grace, love, and joy. Jobs include camera duty, backup camera help, and running the slides. Training is provided, and the schedule is flexible. The team would love a commitment of helping out one Sunday a month.
